A Process for the Continual Issuance of SEE Cooperative Agreement Operational Guidelines
From time-to-time, the SEE National Program Director will issue operational guidelines and/or procedures which will provide new information, additional information or clarification of existing information which is related to the management of the SEE Program.
The information will be issued as "SEE Program Guidelines Memorandum #xxxx" (See Appendix A). They will be issued in numerical sequence by Fiscal Year (i.e., FY 99-001) in order to provide EPA staff a mechanism to cross check their files and ensure that they have a complete set.
The electronic mailing list for the SEE Program Guidelines Memorandums will automatically include all designated SEE Coordinators. Other EPA staff wishing to be included on the mailing list for these documents should forward his or her name, full mail address and phone number to:
