Enrollee Separation Procedures
The monitor, in cooperation with the grantee will insure that enrollee turns in all appropriate keys and identification card and any other EPA or grantee property, and removes user ID from computer, and any password and/or greeting from the voice mail system. Enrollee should follow grantee procedures for voluntary separation procedures.
