Chapter 3, Section 1

This chapter describes the procedures for the EPA funding organization to (1) enter into a new SEE Cooperative Agreement; and (2) incrementally fund an existing SEE Cooperative Agreement. Also contained in this chapter is a description of the new SEE "management team" for the funding program office. The members of the management team are responsible for the general and financial management of the SEE Cooperative Agreement within their program office.
