You will now enter the information from your last pay statement. Using your latest pay statement, enter:

You now need to enter some personal information about yourself, so that ADP can contact you if necessary regarding your pay statements.

After you have entered your personal information, ADP allows you to edit your Business Information. Please do not change this data. Simply click the "Next" button to continue.
