Chapter 2, Section 2

All SEE enrollees are given a copy of the attached "Conflict of Interest Statement" (Figure 2-2) which has been approved by EPA's Office of General Counsel and the current SEE grantee directors. Each new SEE Enrollee will be asked by their grantee to sign and date it at the time they are enrolled. The grantee will place the original in their file and a copy will be given to the enrollee.
