For EPA organizations that might want to avail themselves of the DOL Title V grant enrollees, the following steps must be taken:

• The EPA organization must contact the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program Manager and describe the kinds of technical assistance skills EPA requires, the number of position assignment opportunities, and length of time the skills will be required.
• The SEE Program Manager references a list of DOL "Title V" grantees to see if there is a grantee(s) in the EPA organization's locale. If there is, the SEE Program Manager initially contacts the grantee to see if there is a match between the enrollees and the types and numbers of enrollees that EPA is seeking. If it looks promising, the SEE Program Manager arranges to negotiate an agreement between the EPA organization and the DOL "Title V" grantee.
• Since DOL pays the salaries, there is no need to track the funds.
