The SEE Program does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex or disability. An enrollee who believes that he or she has experienced discrimination by a SEE grantee may file a complaint of discrimination within 180 days of the discriminatory act. The complaint should be filed with the EPA's Office of Civil Rights at headquarters in Washington, D.C. Further complaint procedures are set forth in the EPA's regulations, at 40 CFR Part 7.
