SEE Program enrollment agreements last for a one year period. At the end of the year, the enrollee must either be renewed for another year or be separated from the SEE Program.
Approximately 60 days prior to the last date of the enrollment agreement, NOWCC will notify the enrollee's primary monitor about the upcoming completion of the agreement. The monitor has 30 days to decide whether to renew the enrollee.
If the monitor chooses to renew the enrollee:
-
NOWCC will extend a new annual agreement to the enrollee
-
If the enrollee is not yet at the maximum wage for the position level, a $0.50/hour increase will be provided in the new agreement
-
The monitor and enrollee must meet to review the enrollee's duties and functions
If the monitor does not renew the enrollee, NOWCC will work with the monitor to initiate program separation procedures.
