Overtime

SEE Program enrollees are paid 1.5 times their normal hourly rate for overtime hours. Compensatory time in lieu of overtime pay is not allowed.

Overtime usage must be approved by a SEE Coordinator. Some SEE Coordinators have given blanket authorization for overtime usage in their Cooperative Agreements. Enrollees who work in Cooperative Agreements without blanket overtime approval must have prior written overtime approval from their SEE Coordinator.

It is the responsibility of the monitor to make arrangements for this overtime approval. The SEE Coordinator's signature may be affixed to the enrollee's original timesheet, or an approving email from the SEE Coordinator can be attached to the enrollee's original timesheet.
