Confidential Information

Every enrollee must sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of the SEE Program Enrollment Agreement. This agreement stipulates that:

Confidential business information can only be used to carry out SEE Program duties
Confidential business information can only be disclosed with the written approval of the EPA legal office
The enrollee agrees to follow EPA confidentiality regulations and security procedures
The enrollee can be held liable for up to $10,000 in fines and imprisonment of up to a year for disclosing confidential information
