Accidents

NOWCC carries a workers compensation policy on all enrollees. All work-related accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to an enrollee must be immediately reported to the enrollee's NOWCC Field Director.

Emergencies

If the enrollee undergoes a medical emergency at work, notify the enrollee's NOWCC Field Director as soon as the enrollee's immediate medical needs are attended to. The Field Director will call the enrollee's emergency contacts.
